Overview

The Director, Enterprise (B2B) Sales will be responsible for leading a key area of Stellar Health’s growth function: our sales to health plans, ACOs, and health systems. This role will manage revenue growth and sales activities in its dedicated region.

In Short

  • Achieve new sales targets across a diversified customer and graphic footprint
  • Increase the customer base and top-line financial growth
  • Develop and execute new sales processes and workflows
  • Lead and close selling opportunities
  • Maintain key customer relationships with target accounts
  • Broker and negotiate complex contracts
  • Drive direct client sales focused on net new logos
  • Manage and prepare for key prospect sales meetings
  • Contract review and management
  • Provide meeting and conference support

Requirements

  • Proven history of building strategic relationships
  • 5-10 years of senior level sales experience
  • Experience selling within complex environments
  • Strong success as an enterprise sales executive selling SaaS
  • Deep experience in negotiations
  • Experience with national payers and large health systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel 50% is expected
