Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely client invoicing and day-to-day accounts receivable activities within QuickBooks Online.

In Short

• Full-Time position, fully remote.
• Responsible for creating and managing invoices in QuickBooks Online.
• Monitor invoice status and apply client payments.
• Perform routine follow-up with clients on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain organized A/R records for month-end close.
• Work closely with Revenue Operations and Accounting teams.
• Identify and flag recurring invoicing issues for improvement.
• Requires 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing roles.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online is essential.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or billing roles.
• Strong experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Basic understanding of A/R aging, DSO, and cash collection concepts.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
