Inventory Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Inventory Analyst works closely with Warehouse Management to oversee inventory planning, tracking, and accuracy across daily operations. This role collaborates closely with brands and internal teams to coordinate shipments, and ensures inventory readiness for campaigns.

In Short

• Work with brand partners to plan and request inventory.
• Communicate inventory needs to brands.
• Confirm order quantities and monitor shipments.
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
• Assist with inventory transfers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success & Sales team.
• Perform SKU-level analysis.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Support annual physical inventory checks.
• Implement process automation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures.
• Ability to generate reports and analyze data.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective organizational skills.
• 2-4+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Experience with WMS or inventory management software.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience in cycle counting and stock audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
