Inventory Control Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Inventory Control Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of material master data. You’ll work closely with Project and Catalog Managers to analyze, standardize, and enhance data records according to established project standards. Your contributions will directly support the success of our clients and the integrity of their data systems.

In Short

• Analyze, standardize, and enhance material master data records.
• Maintain a daily output of at least 250 quality records.
• Balance time effectively between analysis, cleansing, and research.
• Review completed records with the Quality Control Team.
• Communicate regularly with Project and Catalog Managers.
• Take ownership of your work and proactively seek support.
• Be available for overtime when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, cleansing, or related fields.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of industrial spare parts is a plus.
• IT or computer maintenance experience is an asset.
• Multilingual capabilities are a bonus.
• Comfortable with extended periods of computer use.
