Inventory Control Lead - Remote

Overview

The Inventory Control Lead is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management throughout the division, leading physical inventory and cycle count schedules, and reporting inventory adjustments.

• Ensure accurate inventory management across warehouse and production.
• Lead physical inventory and cycle count execution.
• Assist Division Finance with inventory adjustments.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with QA.
• Maintain files of pending scrap items.
• Lead and maintain cycle count and audit schedules.
• Train inventory control specialists and material handlers.
• Provide direction and implement changes in inventory processes.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
• Report inventory adjustments and scrap costs to leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with SAP inventory transactions.
• 2+ years of inventory experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
