Overview

The Health Inspection Program (HIP) is seeking a Public Health Inspector Supervisor to manage a team of public health inspectors. This role involves training and standardizing inspectors in food safety inspections and overseeing public health inspection programs.

Requirements

  • Certification as an FDA Certified Training Officer.

  • Ability to train and supervise staff.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
  • Experience in food production or processing inspection.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of public health methods and practices.
  • Ability to conduct investigations.
