  • Lead, train, and motivate a growing team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with leadership on issues and opportunities.
  • Lead Audit Team which receives requests from Payors.
  • Review data and provide solutions to clients and leadership.
  • Suggest process improvements and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Manage requests from the Risk Management Team of the client.
  • Plan for fluctuating needs at client locations.
  • Oversee escalation calls from centralized call centers.
  • Participate in project teams to advance operational strategies.
  • Coordinate with management on complex issues while building strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Leadership philosophy focused on serving the team.
  • Ability to support clients and team remotely and on-site.
  • 1-2 years of Health Information related experience.
  • Well-versed with HIPAA standards.
  • Ability to present to leadership and clients via video or in person.
  • Forward-thinking and solution-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented for accurate medical records.
  • Experience with Power BI and MS Office.
