Overview

The Supervisor, Behavioral Health will manage a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers to oversee supervisory and patient care delivery functions for children with severe mental illness. The role emphasizes providing quality care management and support to families facing behavioral health challenges.

  • Facilitate team meetings and create agendas.
  • Provide evaluations and quarterly reviews of direct reports.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case escalations.
  • Maintain documentation standards using electronic medical records.
  • Work fully remote with occasional travel for training.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work or related field.
  • Independent licensure in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
  • 3 years of experience in behavioral health case management.
  • 1 year of management/supervision experience in mental health.
  • Experience with high-risk behavioral health populations.
  • Familiarity with technology and electronic health records.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment.
  • Commitment to pediatric health care improvement.
