Overview

The OFI Engagement Specialist plays a key role in making clients feel seen and heard through connecting with OFI, ultimately boosting client satisfaction. This position allows for partial telework with management approval.

In Short

  • Communicate about OFI activities and trends through various channels.
  • Directly help constituents with concerns impacting them.
  • Gather and analyze data to ensure accurate resolution of inquiries.
  • Create reports tracking program trends from constituent services data.
  • Develop and maintain helpful website content for clients.
  • Collaborate with various program managers and administrators.
  • Utilize technology for data management and report creation.
  • Work under administrative direction to meet deadlines.
  • Establish effective relationships with staff and constituents.
  • Communicate complex topics clearly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Six years of education, training, and/or experience in organizational analysis.
  • Preferred experience with Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF.
  • Knowledge of state/federal laws related to OFI programs.
  • Skills in project organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Commitment to empathy and patience when assisting clients.
