COO for E-Commerce - Remote

Overview

We are Start to Finish. We support emerging startups and growth companies in filling key positions in their teams. Our client is building one of the leading outdoor brands in the German-speaking region and is looking for a COO to take operational leadership and prepare the company for scaling, marketplaces, and new sales channels.

In Short

• Take overall operational responsibility for Operations, Finance & Supply Chain.
• Make entrepreneurial decisions to increase revenue growth.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build scalable structures and derive recommendations for action for management.
• Coordinate the development of new collections and accompany strategic projects like marketplace expansion.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, ideally in the E-Commerce/D2C environment.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and high implementation strength.
• Familiarity with various stakeholders and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to implement processes and projects hands-on.
• Ideally, you live in Munich, Baden-Württemberg, or Frankfurt.
