Overview

The E-Commerce Coordinator will support backend operations and reporting functions for a direct-to-consumer brand, ensuring accurate data and high-quality customer experience.

• Contractor Fee: $1700/month
• Work Arrangement: Remote
• Full-time commitment (Approx. 40 hours/week)
• Generate and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Update and validate sales and order metrics
• Support product launches on Shopify
• Maintain product attribute database in Airtable
• Perform regular QA on website versions
• Monitor 3PL performance and provide recommendations
• Manage promo codes and report on e-commerce KPIs

Requirements

• 3-5 years of freelancing experience
• Strong background in e-commerce coordination
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting
• Experience with Shopify and related tools
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment
• Proactive and tech-savvy
• Excellent QA skills across devices
• Good communication and reliability in remote setups
• Background with DTC or U.S. e-commerce brands preferred
