Finance Partner for E-commerce - Remote

In Short

• Partner closely with key commercial stakeholders including the Country Manager - US.
• Prepare budgets/forecasts and support financial analysis of initiatives.
• Support the Group Finance team with USA P&L inputs.
• Interpret data and provide insightful analysis to support budget delivery.
• Present financial results to USA and Global leadership teams.
• Drive insight and ROI analysis of marketing spend.
• Utilise P&L scenario analysis for decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze commercial KPIs and evaluate promotional activity.
• Contribute to month-end close reporting process.
• Manage S&OP forecasting process for the US market.

Requirements

• 4-8 years' experience in a finance partner role.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel or Google Sheets user; NetSuite and Shopify preferred.
• Retail e-commerce experience highly valued.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and thrive in a changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and insights delivery.
• Understanding of non-financial metrics in e-commerce.
• Creative problem-solving skills with financial modeling experience.
• CPA qualified and degree in business preferred.
