  • Seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a key liaison between customers and various teams.
  • Responsible for delivering product demonstrations and scoping customer needs.
  • Manage functional escalations and collaborate on product management.
  • Monitor JIRA tasks and help establish best practices.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team.
  • Assist with customer transitions to cloud-based solutions.
  • Identify process improvements within the sales engineering team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with the StarRez product as a Power User.
  • 3+ years of experience in student housing or higher education.
  • Strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
