• Lead event strategy across Music, Sports, and Entertainment portfolios.
• Manage planning and execution of events and activations.
• Ensure smooth execution aligned with objectives.
• Implement new ideas and best practices for events.
• Oversee event budgets and analyze ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for future opportunities.
• Source and manage vendors for event delivery.
• Measure performance and apply insights for improvements.
• Domestic travel required (30-40%).

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of event and production experience.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with B2C and B2B event strategies.
• Track record of measurable event outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a complex organization.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
