Overview

The RevOps Data Specialist is responsible for cleansing, enriching, verifying, and formatting CRM data to ensure a high-quality, accurate Salesforce database, supporting outbound sales and marketing teams.

• Enrich 100% of assigned records, averaging 200 accounts scrubbed per day.
• Maintain a high accuracy rate of 90% based on weekly QA spot checks.
• Flag and disposition invalid records with detailed reasons.
• Deliver Salesforce-ready data ensuring records are standardized and enriched.
• Research and enrich CRM records using various data tools.
• Verify contact information through online resources and validation tools.
• Log all work performed including enrichment status and validation steps.
• Deliver weekly reports detailing completed work and data quality metrics.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet data targets.
• Provide support for outbound sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in lead research, data entry, or CRM enrichment.
• Proficient with data tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, or similar.
• Basic familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRMs.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written English and ability to document actions clearly.
• Can work independently and meet weekly data targets.
