Overview

The Data & Systems Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting data accuracy, systems performance, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role focuses on gathering, reconciling, and maintaining data from third-party sales channels, online ordering systems, and delivery platforms, while also providing support for various POS, accounting, and business systems used by both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with data, systems, and people to keep operations running smoothly.

In Short

• Collect, validate, and reconcile data from third-party sales, delivery, and online ordering platforms.
• Investigate and troubleshoot discrepancies, data flow issues, and system syncing errors.
• Support clients and internal teams in resolving issues with POS and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with accounting, IT, and operations teams to maintain reliable data processes.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and systems, including setup and data mapping.
• Create and maintain documentation for workflows and troubleshooting steps.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards for data reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual data processes.
• Work during night shifts.

Requirements

• Comfortable with technology and various software platforms.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Restaurant365 preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
