Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contract Billing & Meter Specialist I to support contract administration and billing processes.

• Monitor meter readings and process billing for service contracts.
• Maintain accurate records for invoicing clients.
• Resolve discrepancies in meter readings or billing.
• Assist with contract changes and renewals.
• Support customers with billing inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in billing or accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
