In Short

• Support SaaS billing operations by handling invoicing, collections, and accounts payable tasks.
• Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices.
• Maintain billing schedules and manage automation for recurring invoices.
• Coordinate with Revenue Operations for accurate billing.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes professionally.
• Maintain billing system data integrity.
• Process prepaid account top-ups and renewals.
• Assist with vendor invoices and approval workflows.
• Support payment runs and communicate with vendors.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Bill.com, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• High accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
• Proven ability to communicate complex billing scenarios.
• Ability to research and resolve complex billing issues.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional demeanor in financial discussions.
• Ability to identify trends and process improvements.
