Utility Billing Researcher - Remote

Overview

In this role, Candidate will be researching utility billing details on behalf of our clients to determine if variances in data are due to data entry issues or are anomalies in account usage and need further research.

In Short

• Research and resolve system identified variances for cost and usage anomalies
• Update and correct data in our system
• Contacting utility vendors for additional information on usage or cost changes
• Other clerical work to support on-time payment of client's invoices
