Overview

The Technical Support Specialist provides real-time assistance and troubleshooting for escalated calls and issues related to network infrastructure and third-party services.

In Short

  • Provide real-time assistance to T2s and PNOCs.
  • Handle escalated calls and troubleshoot outstanding issues.
  • Work on Circuit Cutover and ISP testing.
  • Configure vendor devices for new circuits.
  • Implement and troubleshoot PMS and portal pages.
  • Conduct wifi surveys and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Analyze application logs and syslogs to identify faults.
  • Coordinate with engineering and third-party vendors.
  • Manage SSID requests and special conference issues.
  • Provide necessary data analysis and aggregation.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and ISP operations.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems and portal page implementation.
  • Ability to work with third-party vendors and equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills for data and log analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for real-time assistance.
  • Experience with wifi surveys and network configuration.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
