Staff4Me is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Accounting Manager to join our finance team. As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. In Short

• Responsible for assisting the superior management level and providing organized and detail oriented professional services for full cycle accounting support by assisting in the supervision, management and coordination of accounting personnel under their charge.
• Responsible for timely and accurate financial analyses of entities, departments or objectives assigned.
• Assisting with budgeting, financial statement, loan covenants, cash-flow monitoring, and complex analysis.
• Meeting the contractual commitments to client(s) through timely and accurate reporting and issuing resolutions.
• Developing and managing relationships with accounting teams to ensure financial statements accurately reflect results and policies.
• Advanced USGAAPs and high experience in organizational processes –able to see the full picture-.
• Active role in timely identification of any unusual transactions that may affect BS and/or P&L so that involved teams can respond by providing possible solutions.
• Active participation in problem solving and helping to make decision-based on the best available information, developing resolutions between the accounting regions and staff departments.
