Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Trainer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Trainer based in the Philippines to develop and deliver training programs for accounting professionals transitioning into U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.

In Short

• Design and implement RCM training programs tailored for professionals with an accounting background.
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions covering medical billing, coding, claims processing, AR management, and compliance.
• Develop training materials, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and RCM software for hands-on training.
• Teach insurance claims processing, denials management, payment posting, and AR follow-up.
• Instruct on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding basics and their integration into RCM workflows.
• Explain Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement policies for the U.S. market.
• Assist trainees in preparing for industry certifications (e.g., CRCR, CPB, CMRS, CHFP).
• Ensure training covers HIPAA, compliance laws, fraud prevention, and best practices.
• Stay updated with CMS regulations, payer policy changes, and RCM industry trends.

Requirements

• Strong background in medical billing, coding, claims processing, and financial revenue cycle operations.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare reimbursement policies.
• Ability to utilize LMS and RCM software.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
