Staff4Me is looking for a passionate and experienced Network Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive network designs, managing complex projects, and implementing network solutions that meet our clients' needs. As a part of our dynamic team, you will utilize your expertise in technologies such as Aruba, Cisco, and Meraki, along with planning tools like Ekahau, to deliver high-quality and innovative network solutions.

In Short

• Design and implement network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN setups.
• Utilize Ekahau and other tools to plan and optimize Wi-Fi networks for maximum coverage and performance.
• Produce detailed schematics and documentation for network designs and configurations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to assess requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Manage the deployment of network equipment, ensuring timely and efficient installation and configuration.
• Perform network troubleshooting and performance tuning to resolve issues and enhance reliability.
• Stay current on technology trends and actively participate in continuous learning and professional development.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and support staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies (Aruba, Cisco, Meraki).
• Experience with network planning tools, especially Ekahau.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
