In Short

  • Market leader with over 1,500 clients and daily millions in sales.
  • Current top closer has closed €1.7 million in the last 12 months.
  • Leadership from day one, setting KPIs and shaping our sales culture.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on Amazon and E-commerce.
  • Conduct 60-90 minute strategy calls analyzing products and listings.
  • Monitor pipeline and forecasts, testing new revenue levers.
  • Facilitate smooth handover to Creative and Account teams.
  • Build and lead a team, recruiting and coaching A-Players.

Requirements

  • At least two years of proven closing success in agency, SaaS, or E-commerce environments.
  • Leadership experience and a drive to build A-player teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with KPIs as your compass.
  • Winning mentality, coachability, and clear financial drive.
