Overview

StackAdapt is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our growing Sales, Commercial, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through proactive sourcing strategies, helping drive a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-impact roles across the business.

In Short

• Source high-potential candidates for Sales, GTM, and Commercial roles.
• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity in ATS and CRM systems.
• Conduct talent research and market mapping.
• Provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring teams on pipeline progress.
• Focus on inclusive sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Support the TA team with sourcing best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably supporting GTM or Sales teams.
• Strong research and sourcing skills with familiarity using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Passion for talent acquisition and delivering a strong candidate experience.
