People Operations Intern (Fall 2025) - Remote

In Short

• Support the People & Culture team with administrative work and data entry.
• Perform accurate and timely manual data entry across multiple internal HR systems.
• Organize and maintain confidential employee files and records.
• Assist with data validation and auditing for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor team inboxes to respond to employee and new hire questions.
• Own the People ticket submission process for new hires, leaves, and offboards.
• Work independently and take initiative.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Human Resources.
• Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Aptitude to ramp up to new systems and understand configuration.
