This role is for our own company - Weekday YC W21. We are hiring a People Operations (HR) Intern, an ambitious, exceptionally smart individual who wants to get hands-on exposure to high-impact HR and people operations.

• High-Ownership 6-Month Internship (2025 Graduates Only)
• Location: Remote (WFH)
• Duration: 6 Months | Full-Time Internship
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Stipend: Upto ₹25,000 /month
• Eligibility: Only for final-year undergraduate students graduating in 2025
• Work directly with founders and HR leadership
• Drive core initiatives across people, culture, hiring, and internal operations
