Overview

The Senior Performance Specialist at StackAdapt will develop measurement and optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance across various channels and marketing objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales and Account Management teams.

In Short

• Create best practices to maximize campaign performance
• Develop measurement frameworks and consult on implementation
• Provide campaign management and optimization consultation
• Partner with programmatic analysts for reporting and analytics
• Troubleshoot advanced technical problems

• Develop training for AM and AE teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing work in ad-tech or digital marketing
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proven track record across organizational boundaries
• Media experience, including programmatic knowledge
• Passion for continuous improvement
