• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to offer acceptance.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, applicant pools, and referrals.
• Analyze data from ATS and resumes to improve hiring process efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Experience in a high-growth company or agency is preferred.
