• Working with a team of engineers focused on managing database and building custom services to automate database operations
• Develop deep understanding of specific database technologies
• Architect scalable low-latency systems and data pipelines
• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers

• Balance and prioritize projects for efficiency

Requirements

• Experience with different types of database technologies
• Knowledge of operational best practices and database management
• Proven track record of delivering results and leading teams
• At least 5 years experience in software development
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Up to date knowledge in latest technologies
• Experience with Go and high performance databases is a plus
