Overview

As a Programmatic Account Manager at StackAdapt, you will play a key role in managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption and campaign management to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

In Short

• Act as the main point of contact for clients in Quebec.
• Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic solutions to optimize client campaigns.
• Set up and traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP.
• Identify upselling opportunities and improve service efficiency.
• Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings and training sessions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Travel up to 20% of the time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proven success in client relationship management.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with digital advertising trends.
• Experience with complex databases is a plus.
