Overview

The Senior Manager of Account Management is a key leader at Spreetail, responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the Account Managers, contributing to the strategic vision of the team, and managing relationships with strategic accounts in a fulfillment services setting.

In Short

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the vision for the Platform Services division.
  • Help brands grow their sales and profitability using Spreetail's services.
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies in the brand's supply chain.
  • Establish processes and systems for operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with strategic accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in 3PL supply chain account management.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Proven track record with clients exceeding $50 million in net sales.
  • Experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably with Amazon SFP.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
