Leave & Benefits Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Leave & Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing our global leave of absence and benefits programs, partnering with global brokers and internal stakeholders to deliver a holistic benefits package aligned with our Total Rewards strategy.

• Manage global leave of absence administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience focused on benefits and leave administration.
• Expertise in Canadian benefits management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience in a multi-jurisdictional environment is a plus.
