Leave & Benefits Lead - Remote

Overview

As the Leave & Benefits Lead at StackAdapt, you will manage and review global leave of absence and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience.

In Short

• Own end-to-end administration for all leave types globally.
• Act as a confidential point of contact for employees regarding leave.
• Manage return-to-work processes and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regional legislation for leave programs.
• Collaborate with Payroll for accurate pay during leaves.
• Focus on strategic management of Canadian benefits portfolio.
• Oversee vendor management and enrollment processes for benefits.
• Facilitate annual renewal and open enrollment for benefits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in benefits administration.
• Support global benefits renewal process and administration functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience focused on benefits and leave administration.
• Expertise in Canadian benefits management and vendor relations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Project management and process improvement skills.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional benefits management is a plus.
