Requirements

• Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding and DSPs.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Proven success in leading client-facing teams.
• 10+ years in account management in the programmatic space.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for mentorship and team development.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with StackAdapt is a bonus.
