Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Remote

Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team at StackAdapt partners with leaders across the company to help drive strategic objectives. We are looking for a Director, FP&A to join our growing Finance team and oversee key areas of financial reporting and planning.

In Short

• Own and improve StackAdapt’s consolidated financial model for executive decision-making.
• Prepare materials for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
• Drive development of the company’s long-range plan.
• Lead the FP&A systems administration and tool implementation.
• Support investor relations through detailed financial analyses.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting and other leaders.
• Lead various strategic ad hoc projects.
• Improve internal reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Establish best practices around forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A or related fields.
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Skilled at presenting financial insights to executives.
• Proficiency in financial planning systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
