In Short

• Own delivery of motion planning modules that solve on-vehicle problems and deliver for customer needs.
• Design, scope, implement, and integrate machine learning systems.
• Provide input in the technical direction for the team.
• Work closely with systems engineers to ensure a safe product.
• Collaborate with verification teams for testing and validation.
• Experience on vehicles to understand the efforts being worked.
• Input to team roadmaps and prioritize product features.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop novel motion planning components.
• Involved in experimentation, design, and iteration exercises.

Requirements

• Experience architecting, training, and deploying machine learned models.
• Knowledge of scene-level behavior prediction models.
• Experience building motion planning systems for real-world applications.
• Strong understanding of real-time algorithms and machine learning approaches.
• Strong experience in software engineering and algorithm design.
• Fluent in C++ and Python.
• Experience with standard ML toolchain (PyTorch / TensorFlow).
