In Short

• Seeking a talented Software Engineer with expertise in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Focus on building innovative systems that extract actionable insights from satellite imagery.
• Work with a distributed team to develop and deploy robust machine learning workflows.
• Analyze remote sensing data to extract actionable insights.
• Design and enhance machine learning infrastructure.
• Contribute to end-to-end system development, including backend and API design.
• Collaboration with scientists, engineers, and clients across Europe and North America.
• Establish and maintain machine learning operations workflows.
• Full-time position with hybrid work from Haarlem office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Python/Java/Go.
• 2+ years of experience in Computer Vision and/or Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience delivering production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
• Experience with MLOps workflows.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to iterate based on feedback.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with end-to-end system design.
• Ability to communicate in English.
