Overview

As a Coder for Hospital Outpatient at SSM Health, you will ensure accurate and timely coding of medical records while working remotely.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• No prior experience required.
• Certification in coding (CCA, CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT) preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and data entry.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
