The Lead Hospital Coding Specialist is responsible for overseeing the coding process for inpatient and outpatient accounts, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and accurate reimbursement.

Requirements

• Ability to mentor and train others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in office software and medical billing systems.
