Overview

An exciting opportunity for an Application Analyst at SSM Health focused on configuring, implementing, supporting, and maintaining applications and technical integrations to meet organizational needs.

In Short

• Configure and maintain applications and technical integrations.
• Support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Monitor applications during maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
• Assist in business operational process design and documentation.
• Lead small projects and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Interact meaningfully with customers to drive solutions.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Analyze complex problems and propose new solutions.
• Participate in various operational and project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Three years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent use of vision and hearing for communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with PACS, Epic, and/or VNA is preferred.
• Physical ability to perform various tasks as needed.
• None required for professional licenses or certifications.
