Scheduler - Days - Remote

Overview

The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating patient appointments and referrals, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with medical protocols.

In Short

• Full-time, day-shift position (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm)
• Remote work after a training period of up to 4 months onsite
• Must live within 1 hour of St. Louis, MO
• Experience with EPIC and customer service preferred
• Handles approximately 60-80 calls per day
• Coordinates scheduling and referrals
• Maintains electronic medical records
• Ensures compliance with site-specific protocols
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
• Frequent physical activity including lifting and data entry

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• No prior experience required
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing 0-50 lbs
• Frequent use of vision and hearing for communication
• Frequent keyboard use and data entry tasks
• Ability to follow protocols and maintain documentation
