In Short

• Supports and maintains Epic applications and systems.
• Provides routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Epic applications.

• Performs standard system testing, both unit and integrated.
• Organizes requirement specifications using data and diagrams.
• Requires obtaining Epic certification within six months of employment.
• Clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Full-time position with a day shift schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• No prior IT experience is required.
• Must be motivated, curious, and eager to grow.
• Frequent physical activities including lifting and data entry.
• Ability to hear alarms and communicate effectively.
