The Epic Application Analyst at Ensemble Health Partners is responsible for developing and implementing best practices for Epic systems within revenue cycle management, focusing on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle module.
• 3+ years of Epic build experience in revenue cycle functions.
• Strong implementation background in healthcare settings.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of hospital and ambulatory revenue cycle operations.
• Ability to travel periodically as required.
• Experience in client engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring and improvement.
