In Short

  • Support the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting clinical applications within the Epic EHR software.
  • Consult with members to provide solutions for efficient patient care and workflows.
  • Perform routine build and configuration in Epic and related products.
  • Act as Level 2 technical support for integrated products, resolving issues and coordinating with Help Desk.
  • Document build specifications and team processes.
  • Lead trainings and provide elbow support during Go-Lives.
  • Mentor less experienced analysts and develop workflow best practices.
  • Travel for off-site software installations as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address integration issues.
  • Assist Project Managers in identifying system capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role; EPIC certification may substitute for one year.
  • Work history in Healthcare IT preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prelude or RTE Certification preferred.
  • Experience with contract management in healthcare preferred.
