Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Risk Management or Internal Audit in banking.
• Prior management experience leading risk management programs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and GRC applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with operational risk controls testing.
• Knowledge of banking key risks, processes, and controls.
• Ability to influence decision-making across stakeholder groups.
