Overview

The Fleet Maintenance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing routine and preventive maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance or asset management
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance practices
• Familiarity with recall coordination and warranty processes
• Experience with fleet invoice processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Punctual and dependable with consistent attendance
