Overview

The Real Estate Manager (REM) will execute real estate activities and transactions for SRS Distribution, contributing to aggressive growth through new branch expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or economics.
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Skills in lease and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in real estate principles and legal terminology.
• Ability to analyze and present demographic and financial data.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
• Proven self-starter with strong teamwork orientation.
