• Manage and review complex income tax returns and workpapers for various entities.
• Lead client engagements, overseeing tax planning, compliance, and provision services.
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings.
• Assist with tax structuring and planning for real estate transactions.
• Support high-net-worth individuals with tax optimization and estate planning.
• Conduct tax research and assist with IRS and state audit responses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all required tax forms.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA License Preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting.
• Advance knowledge of partnership tax and real estate taxation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing tax engagement and supervising staff.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
