Lead Regional Maintenance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Lead Regional Maintenance Specialist at Domino's Pizza will support maintenance teams and processes across various Supply Chain Centers, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and systems.

In Short

• Location: Must be located on the East Coast or towards the Western US.
• Travel is up to 50% and this role will be remote.
• Fulltime position with a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 plus bonus.
• Responsible for developing and sustaining standard maintenance procedures.
• Evaluate maintenance programs and assist in planning repair activities.
• Partner with stakeholders in Procurement, Quality, Safety, IT, and Finance.
• Manage critical spare parts lists and evaluate cost structures.
• Provide technical support and perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Lead periodic Supply Chain Maintenance reviews and meetings.
• Participate in R&M spend optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Engineering roles.
• Experience in maintenance or food safety in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and state/local regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS or ERP systems.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs is a plus.
